The line of analyzers EMICONT 50 - EMICONT 60 -
EMICONT 70 permits control and monitoring of volatile substances which
are emitted in various combustion processes.
Each analysis process is controlled by a
microprocessor which integrates the individual readings and
measurements for their later processing and calculation. The
measurement principle of gases is based on electrochemical sensors.
except in the case of total hidrocarbons, which are measured by a
catalytic thermistor. The concentrations are expressed in %, ppm or
mg/m3. The calculation of of CO2 starts by the selection of one of the
six preset combustibles or by free choice.
The maintenance programme included permits the
checking and autocalibrating of the sensors. The black smoke test is
done by comparison, using the Bacharach scale. All the analyzers are
supplied with protective filters against particles and SO2/NOx
interferences.
The permanent memory can store up to 640 complete
analyses, which can then be transferred to a printer or PC via RS-232
using the data treatment program (optional accesory).
