The
data offered by the various measuring devices (sensors, analyzers,
multiparameter probes, etc) must be stored, managed and transmitted for
its later validation. It is obtained automatically through data
acquisition hardware (Datalogger or SCADA) and processed by software
which SIR customizes for the specific needs of each customer.
The data acquisition systems designed by SIR,
SCADA S-4002 and DATALOGGER S-4003, respond to different needs:
Firstly, they are based on the experience obtained in the installation
of Environmental Networks and Meteorological Stations, with the
objective of covering the data acquisition, storage and transmission
possibilities of each sensor. In addition, they are oriented towards
applications which work autonomous and unattendedly, allowing the
collection and storage of measurements from any type of sensor with an
electrical output, be it tension, current, pulse, frequency or RS-232.
For its part, the Environmental Network Management Software (SIMAM) developed by SIR,
allows our customers instant reception of information and real-time
control of all the services offered by the stations which comprise a
network.
